The following is a collection of information and resources to help answer any questions you have about how we use and keep any data that we need from you.
The EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) take effect May 25, and we are committed to following these regulations to ensure that your data is kept as safe as possible.
Our main aim is not to take more information than we need to, or to use your data in a way that you deem as inappropriate or unwanted. To that end, we have taken steps to ensure that your data is safer than ever, the first being that all bookings are now conducted through the 'Design My Night' App, which means that they are the data processor and hold all of the information directly on that portal. We do need to use your contact details to make a list of the bookings, which we do need to share with our entertainers, however all entertainers have entered into a data protection agreement with us and are therefore only entitled to use the information we share to contact you for the party, and they also have to delete all information after your party.
The information we hold on our booking calendar can only be held with us for a year, and as of this point we will not be contacting anyone with repeat booker offers, newsletters or any other email promotions. We will be sharing this informaiton on Facebook and our other social media channels, so make sure you like our page, our twitter and our insta for great offers and deals!
At any time, you may request your information to be exported and sent to you for review, and we promptly honor any requests by you to have your information deleted and forgotten
